Ryan Vranesich - Superintendent

Mr. Ryan Vranesich has been dedicated to education and the MelNAP community since 2006.  He began his career teaching Social Studies and was also the head varsity basketball coach for 7 years and progressed to Assistant Principal/Athletic Director then to Principal, all at Melvindale High School.  
 
Mr. Vranesich has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Hillsdale College, completed his Teaching Certification Program through Saginaw Valley State University, his Masters of Educational Leadership at Wayne State University and holds a K-12 Administrator Certification.
 
His experience in MelNAP has provided him with incredible opportunities to grow as a professional and a leader. With each passing year and new challenge, his commitment and devotion to the school district and the community which it serves grew demonstrably stronger.

Mr. Vranesich will continue to drive new and creative initiatives for the benefit of the students, as well as the district as a whole.  He is a change agent - one who is dedicated to the continuous improvement of our district and its students.
 
As a school district, our goal is to furnish a safe and supportive environment to thrive and grow.  We are committed to providing the highest level of education to develop students who are independent problem solvers, critical thinkers, and successful members of society and the workforce.
 
Mr. Vranesich is proud and honored to serve the students, staff and entire Cardinal Community.  Through the collaboration and support of the amazing staff and Board of Education, he believes the possibilities for the growth and success of our students and entire District are endless.
