Melvindale-Northern Allen Park Schools will be hosting a COVID vaccination clinic for all Melvindale and Northern Allen Park families. Please see the information below regarding eligibility for your students or family members.
- Students ages 5-18 are eligible for COVID Vaccines (first and second doses available).
- Community members 5 and up are eligible for COVID Vaccines (first and second doses available).
- Boosters are available for community members and students ages 12 and up.
Where: Melvindale High School Gym
When: Friday January 14, 2022 from 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Children younger than 13 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children over 13 years and older are required to have a completed consent form (available below) if they are not accompanied by an adult.
