Welcome to the MVA!

MelNAP Virtual Academy (MVA) is a free public school program that offers a virtual school experience to students in grades 6-12. MVA is a part of the Melvindale Northern Allen Park Public School district.
In MVA, students are eligible for a high school diploma after successfully completing the required credit requirements. The 9-12 program has both a 24-credit and 18-credit option. (The 18-credit option is available to eligible students only on a case-by-case basis.)
Students enrolled in grades 6-8 follow the same requirements per semester as the face-to-face school in our district.
