These EdTech Student Resources contains answers to questions students may encounter with their student device that have been answered by the Instructional Technology Team.
 
The following documents provide you with information on how to join and use the built in tools for a Google Meet video conference.

Melvindale-Northern Allen Park Schools has a subscription to Classlink, a Single Sign-On service. Once you login to Classlink, you can select the website you’d like to use on Classlink’s page and it will automatically log you into that website.
 
You will be provided with general troubleshooting. If you can’t figure it out yourself, ask your friends and teacher. If you are still having a problem, submit a ticket. The ticket will go to the Media Center Clerical Staff. The media clerk will issue you a loaner device and attempt to fix your device. If they can not fix it, they will escalate the ticket to the tech department to fix it.
