About Me

Hello, my name is Teresa Sharkey. I am a 20 year veteran of education and a Melvindale Grad! I started my career in MelNAP as a substitute teacher in 2002 & moved back to the district in 2017 to accept a position at Strong Middle School as a STEAM teacher! Currently, I am working as a K-12 instructional technology coach for the district. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Education from The University of Michigan, a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Wayne State University, and a Master's Degree in Teaching English to Students of Other Languages (TESOL) from Cornerstone University.
